Specific Job Responsibility
- Working closely with senior management to develop a strategy for integrated media campaigns.
- Social Media Management: Manage and grow our social media presence across platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.
- Create and schedule posts, engage with the audience, and analyze performance metrics
- Content Creation: Develop and curate high-quality multimedia content, including images, videos, and graphics, tailored for various digital platforms.
- Supervising photography, filming, capturing pictures of activities and managing the library.
- SEO Optimization: Optimize website content and structure for search engine visibility.
- Conduct keyword research, track rankings, and implement SEO best practices.
- Content Calendar: Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent and timely content delivery.
- Assisting digital and social media, public relations, and creative teams to select the appropriate media for their projects across different media platforms.
- Scheduling placement of content on digital media platforms.
- Improving the brand’s awareness using digital media channels such as LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, X, Facebook and other.
- Creating content for digital media platforms according to platform guidelines.

- Proven experience in digital media management, with a strong portfolio showcasing content creation skills.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in digital media, or a related field
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in digital media campaigns and graphic design
- Solid knowledge of design and editing programs such as InDesign, Photoshop, and Final Cut Pro.
- Knowledge of web design and content management systems.
- Advanced experience with web analytic tools such as Google Ads and Google Campaign Manager.
- Familiarity with paid social media platforms including Facebook, X, Instagram, and YouTube and other
- Grade 12 with minimum 5 passes
