Little Lions Child Coaching seeks to appoint an Operations Manager to oversee the daily activities within the organisation. The Operations Manager will work alongside the CEO and will develop and implement organizational processes. The successful incumbent will have a strong business acumen and proven success in managing teams. He/she will be skilled across several disciplines including human resources, finance, operations, project management, fundraising, and communications.
Key responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to:
- Executing business strategy
- Supporting funding applications and report writing
- Financial operations
- Budget development
- Keep oversight / vision of the organisation
- Track marketing is in line with our strategy
- Communication internally and externally
- Management of team
- Heading up HR
The Operations Manager must meet the following criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in operations management, business administration, or related field.
- Master’s degree will be preferred.
- Years of experience in NPO space: 5-6 years in a similar/management role, part of a senior management team.
- Knowledge of organisational effectiveness and operations management.
- Strong business acumen.
- Experience working at a supervisory level.
- Strong ability to plan, organise, prioritise work and multitask under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
- Multiple years’ experience in budgeting and forecasting.
