To support Operations in the three lines of business namely asset management, unit trust and property divisions. This is a management position within OMIG and a distinctive opportunity to play a key role in supporting business and stakeholders with operational support.
- Responsible for ensuring seamless operations across the three lines of business.
- Product reviews and development.
- Project execution according to plan.
- Sales, customer and marketing support.
- Responsible for various reporting requirements including consolidation of management reporting, OMAR reporting and Board Reporting.
- Ensure that processes are supported by adequate Infrastructure to fulfil its mandate and close stakeholder working relationship is maintained in relation to systems.
- Responsible for operational compliance and adherence to control procedures including review of processes as needed.
- Engagements and communication to regulatory bodies.
- Query Resolution and management of both internal and external stakeholders and maintaining good rapport across client stakeholders.
