We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Operations Manager to oversee the logistical and operational aspects of our events.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of events, managing event staff, and maintaining high-quality standards.

Responsibilities:

– Oversee event logistics, including venue selection, catering, and equipment rental
– Manage event staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling
– Develop and implement operational plans and timelines for events
– Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of services
– Manage event budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness
– Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
– Develop and maintain relationships with clients and vendors
– Identify and mitigate risks associated with events
– Analyze event data to improve future events
– Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

Requirements:

– Experience in events operations or management

– Proven track record of successful event execution
– Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
– Excellent communication and leadership skills
– Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
– Proficiency in event management tools including Google Office Suite
– Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Events, or related field
