To support Operations in the three lines of business namely asset management, unit trust and property divisions. This is a distinctive opportunity to play a key role in supporting business and stakeholders with operational support.
- Identify and execute automation of manual processes
- Supporting various reporting requirements including consolidation of management reporting, OMAR reporting and Board Reporting.
- Service Level Agreement reviews
- Consolidate Turnaround Time (TAT) reports across lines of business
- Support on Business Continuity issues
- Lead in the review of customer forms and other documentation used across lines of business
- Tracking of mandates for timing of renewals
- Co-ordinate timely monthly review of user access listings for all systems
- Co-ordinate data quality initiatives
- Query Resolution and management of both internal and external stakeholders and maintaining good rapport across client stakeholders.
