To support Operations in the three lines of business namely asset management, unit trust and property divisions. This is a distinctive opportunity to play a key role in supporting business and stakeholders with operational support.

• Identify and execute automation of manual processes
• Supporting various reporting requirements including consolidation of management reporting, OMAR reporting and Board Reporting.
• Service Level Agreement reviews
• Consolidate Turnaround Time (TAT) reports across lines of business
• Support on Business Continuity issues
• Lead in the review of customer forms and other documentation used across lines of business
• Tracking of mandates for timing of renewals
• Co-ordinate timely monthly review of user access listings for all systems
• Co-ordinate data quality initiatives
• Query Resolution and management of both internal and external stakeholders and maintaining good rapport across client stakeholders.
