Role Purpose
To ensure smooth day-to-day operations across procurement, logistics, warehousing, order fulfillment, and service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate execution of awarded contracts and online orders
- Manage logistics, deliveries, and inventory movements
- Track contract milestones and service-level obligations
- Resolve operational bottlenecks quickly
- Maintain operational records and performance dashboards
- Support scaling of operations as business grows
- Coordinate between procurement, finance, IT, and sales teams

Qualifications & Skills
- Degree in Operations, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong organizational and multitasking ability
