Role Purpose

To ensure smooth day-to-day operations across procurement, logistics, warehousing, order fulfillment, and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate execution of awarded contracts and online orders

• Manage logistics, deliveries, and inventory movements

• Track contract milestones and service-level obligations

• Resolve operational bottlenecks quickly

• Maintain operational records and performance dashboards

• Support scaling of operations as business grows

• Coordinate between procurement, finance, IT, and sales teams

• Redesign workflows to improve speed and reliability

• Introduce simple systems to reduce errors and delays

• Think like an owner, not a supervisor

Qualifications & Skills

• Degree in Operations, Business Administration, or related field

• Strong organizational and multitasking ability

• Problem-solver with hands-on mindset

• Comfortable with fast-moving environments

• Basic data and reporting skills
