1. Verify and follow up on the ordered medical equipment/specifications for health facilities and nursing schools.
2. Deliver the medical equipment to hospitals and nursing schools and provide a report.
3. Handle and manage departmental files and record-keeping for future use.
4. Verify and follow up on documents to be approved by the Head of Department (HOD) or others.
5. Manage all department meetings, including booking venues and other logistics. Work closely with the Finance department and Logistics desk.
6. Collaborate with the HR department on any changes concerning residents and intern doctors, and provide copies of contracts and placement letters for payment processing.
7. Manage the recruitment of nurse teachers and provide recruitment reports to the competent authority. Ensure replacements where needed.
8. Assist in field assessments conducted by the department on various issues.
9. Receive and guide all visitors (guests and stakeholders) requiring services from the department.
10. Assist in managing deployed intern doctors and residents in health facilities and make follow-ups.
11. Take minutes of departmental meetings.
