Key Responsibilities:
• Schedule appointments for patients and manage the calendar for the Orthopaedic Workshop Department.
• Greet and welcome patients, families, and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
• Assist with patient check-in and check-out processes.
• Maintain patient records and ensure they are updated accurately and promptly.
• Support the Orthopaedic workshop staff with administrative tasks as needed.
• Ensure the waiting area and office spaces are clean, organized, and welcoming.
• Facilitate effective communication between patients, families, and hospital staff.
Uphold confidentiality and comply with healthcare regulations and policies.
Required Qualifications:
• Educational Background: Minimum of a Business Tertiary Training Equivalency Diploma.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Interpersonal Skills: Ability to interact compassionately and effectively with patients, particularly children, and their families.
• Organizational Skills: Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Technological Proficiency: Basic computer skills, including proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Religious Affiliation: Must be a practicing Christian.
• Passion for Children: Demonstrated love for and ability to work well with children.
