ALGERIAN VOCATIONAL TRAINING SCHOLARSHIP FOR 2025/2026 ACADEMIC YEAR

Applications are invited from suitably qualified Ugandan scholars to pursue Vocational Training in Algeria for 2054/2026 Academic Year.

Diploma in Computer Science (Web and Mobile Developer) – 4 Slots

Diploma in Automation and Control – 4

Diploma in Hotel Management – 4

Diploma in Tourism (Production and Marketing) – 4

Diploma in quality control in agri-food industries – 4

Eligibility

Applicant: –

1. Should have a completed A’ Level in 2024
2. Should have passed A’ Level with a minimum of D in the essential Subjects.
3. With Foreign qualifications should have their academic papers equated by UNEB.
4. Already on Government Sponsorship shouldn’t apply.

Procedure of Application

1. Download and fill the Algerian Government Form from the Website of Ministry of Education and Sports

(www.education.go.ug)

2. Download and fill the Local Application Form from the website of Ministry of Education with a recent passport photograph, indicating age, sex, programme of study, home district, telephone contact, email address,photocopies of academic documents, Passport should be addressed to the Secretary Central Scholarship Committee, Ministry of Education and Sports:

To reach not later than Tuesday, 5th August 2025. The shortlist will be displayed on the Ministry of Education and Sports Website: www.education.go.ug and on Notice Boards at Embassy House and Legacy Towers on Friday, 8th August 2025.
