We are currently hiring for the above role based in Mbeya & Dar es salaam Tanzania. We need hard working and committed sales executive well aware of Mbeya & Dar es salaam regions when it comes to Paints sales in general.
Experience and Qualifications:
• Education: At least diploma in Sales Related Field
• Experience: At least 7 Years’ sales experience in Hardware products.
• Demonstrated capability to meet financial sales targets, drive sales and generate revenue.
• Strong understanding of hardware products and customer needs both in major cities and upcountry.
Knowledge, skill and abilities:
• Languages: Fluent in Kiswahili & English
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Commercial awareness.
• IT-related skills.
• Numerical skills.
Roles and Responsibilities.
• Achieve Sales targets.
• Aware with various paint distributors in those regions (Mbeya & Dar es salaam)
• Initiate, reactivate and expand customer relationships regionally (within Tanzania).
• Visiting distributor outlets and/or client sites in on a regular basis.
• Coordinating sales and product deliveries to various locations within the country.
• Identify business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry, researching, and analyzing sales options.
• Sell products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects, recommending solutions.
• Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
• Identify product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
• Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales performance information.
• Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards across various product and service portfolio.
• Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies.
• Review sales performance.
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
