Responsibilities:
- Carry out effective planning to ensure availability of parts at all times.
- Ensure turnover profitability through credit control and improved customer service expertise.
- Conduct asset stock management through monitoring stock levels and stock days.
- Initiate and develop plans to improve sales turnover and ensures adherence to plans and budgets.
- Plan and coordinate technical parts training and ensures effective delivery to staff in compliance to TMC/TSM and other brand standards.
- Adhere to project guidelines to ensure timely project completion and effective communication of progress to departmental members and management.
- Review and report on market/competitor and pricing information in a timely manner.
- Oversee and approve all departmental processes and functions and ensures adherence to TTAF/CFAO Group and Company guidelines.
Qualifications:
