Grow business by identifying, understanding and meeting customer needs through effective identification & selling of Parts and maintaining relationships with new and existing CFAO Mobility customers
Profile request:
□ Achieve sales targets through effectively identifying and selling parts.
□ Develop & maintain an accurate and up-to-date effective customer database for business use.
□ Record & report service rate and lost sales data accurately to support the timely order of required parts.
□ Managing & building customer relationships for both existing customers and prospective clients for effective customer retention management.
□ Responsible for monitoring & regulating debtor days through enforcing timely debt collection for better liquidity flow.
□ Arrange / plan and execute customer visits and timely reporting to the Parts Sales Manager with actions.
□ Adhere to all company SOP and especially to Sales process SOPs.
□ Participate actively in any company activity to ensure the continued growth of Toyota Uganda
□ Provide customer service assistance in terms of technical advice and enquiries by customers.
□ Prepare and follow up on all quotations requested by retail customers to ensure acheivement of revenue
□ Demonstrate the functioning and operation of Genuine Parts
□ Process sales invoices and arranging for delivery of products.
□ Debt collection
□ Sales prospecting through various platforms to introduce our products and services to potential customers
□ Respond to & handle customer complaints promptly through coordinating and following-up all customer related issues to ensure maximum customer satisfaction
□ Perform any other duties that may be assigned to him.
