To welcome customers, perform data capture, manage the parts shelves, write invoices, and manage Sage Evolution.

Duties:

1. Provide estimates for internal and external customers.
2. Create invoices for internal and external customers.
3. Invoice SINs for the workshop.
4. Invoice delivery notes to external customers.
5. Upkeep of registers.
6. Follow up on back orders for customers.
7. Provide excellent customer service.
8. Ensure proof of delivery is obtained.

Skills:

1. Very knowledgeable in parts.
2. Experience in Sage Evolution.
3. Good Excel skills.
4. Very good in email and verbal communication skills.
