To welcome customers, perform data capture, manage the parts shelves, write invoices, and manage Sage Evolution.
Duties:
- Provide estimates for internal and external customers.
- Create invoices for internal and external customers.
- Invoice SINs for the workshop.
- Invoice delivery notes to external customers.
- Upkeep of registers.
- Follow up on back orders for customers.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Ensure proof of delivery is obtained.
Skills:
- Very knowledgeable in parts.
- Experience in Sage Evolution.
- Good Excel skills.
- Very good in email and verbal communication skills.
