Job Overview: Responsible for developing, monitoring, and maintaining detailed project schedules for oil & gas projects, ensuring timely and efficient execution. This role involves coordinating with stakeholders, tracking progress, managing resources, identifying risks, and ensuring compliance.
Requirements:
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project.
- Define project scope by breaking it down into manageable phases (e.g., drilling, construction, commissioning).
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly progress against schedules and generate reports.
- Plan and allocate manpower, equipment, and materials efficiently.
- Track project costs, monitor spending, and ensure alignment with the approved budget.
- Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans.
- Ensure project activities align with contract requirements, regulatory approvals, and HSE standards.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Planning, or Construction Planning.
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role (Planning Engineer, Project Planner).
- Knowledge of oil and gas and EPC Processes.
- Possession of valid and relevant education certificates.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong understanding of Planning in engineering.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Proficiency in project management software (Primavera P6, MS Project, Power BI, SAP).
- Strong project management skills.
