The Technical Expert Pool provides direct support to medical teams in the field to improve the provision of care in their area of ​​expertise by strengthening the capacity of medical teams. They (experts) also participate in the evaluation of the medical practice of ALIMA teams in the field. They participate in the drafting of standard operational protocols and clinical and therapeutic guides based on identified gaps. They prepare and provide training for medical teams.

EDUCATION / TRAINING and REQUIRED SKILLS

Doctor’s degree specialized in pediatrics, surgery, gyneco-obstetrics, anesthesia or intensive care·

Experience in team management and humanitarian contexts
Ability to share knowledge and train local teams
