Stimulates the intellectual, physical, and emotional growth and development for young children by teaching them basic language skills, providing interactive learning activities, and ensuring their overall well-being.

Required Minimum Education/Training and Experience

• Teaching Diploma
• Have at least three (3) years teaching experience in a pre-school setting
• Strong academic skills to promote positive classroom behaviour
• Be fluent in both spoken and written English

Key Performance/Results Areas & Key Tasks

• Teaching and managing Grade 0 class.
• Establishing and enforcing rules of behaviour for children in class
• Adapting teaching methods and materials to meet the interests and learning styles of children
• Developing and maintaining positive relationships with children and parents
• Providing appropriate supervision for children at all times
• General Planning and organisation of lessons preparation
• Supervision and evaluation of children’ work
• Ensuring general safety of children in the school
