Department Overview: The Procurement department manages the acquisition of goods and services, vendor relationships, and supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist in vendor research and evaluation processes
2. Support the preparation of purchase orders and contracts
3. Help maintain procurement databases and vendor information
4. Assist with cost analysis and budget tracking
5. Support inventory management and logistics coordination
6. Help with compliance monitoring and documentation
7. Assist in preparing procurement reports and analytics
8. Support contract administration and vendor communications

Required Qualifications:

1. Currently enrolled in, or recent graduate of Procurement and Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or related field
2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
3. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
4. Strong organizational and time management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Understanding of procurement principles and best practices
2. Experience with database management

3. Knowledge of contract basics and legal terminology
