Key accountabilities and decision ownership
- Define and execute a compelling product vision and strategy for fixed data and connectivity services.
- Develop an annual product roadmap aligned with market trends, customer needs, and organizational goals.
- Achieve incremental revenue and margin targets by driving product adoption and usage.
- Identify and capitalize on upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the enterprise base.
- Support sales teams with targeted initiatives to enhance pipeline conversion.
- Engage with enterprise customers to understand their needs, challenges, and evolving requirements.
- Design tailored solutions and packages that deliver measurable business value.
- Champion the customer experience, driving improvements to Net Promoter Scores (NPS) and fostering customer retention.
- Partner with sales, marketing, engineering, and operations to ensure seamless execution of product strategies.
- Manage relationships with technology vendors, ensuring alignment with product objectives.
- Work closely with senior leadership to align product initiatives with broader business objectives.
- Analyze market trends, customer data, and competitive dynamics to identify growth opportunities and inform strategic initiatives.
- Monitor product performance and key performance indicators (KPIs), making data-driven decisions to optimize revenue and customer satisfaction.
- Provide regular insights and reports to guide short- and long-term decision-making
Qualifications & Experience
- Proven experience in product management within the telecom or ICT industry, with a focus on B2B fixed data and connectivity services.
- Strong commercial acumen with a track record of achieving revenue and profitability targets.
- Excellent understanding of enterprise connectivity solutions.
- Data-driven approach with strong analytical skills and proficiency in leveraging insights to drive product strategy.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and leading high-impact projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or a related field.
