Key Responsibilities:
  1. User Onboarding:
    • Optimize user onboarding processes to ensure a seamless and engaging experience for new users.
    • Analyse onboarding metrics and user feedback to identify areas for improvement in the onboarding journey.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement intuitive onboarding enhancements and monitor their effectiveness.
    • Increase Signup to Customer Metrics rate to > 15% per week by end of Q2, 2024.
    • Achieve 95% Customer Onboarding Satisfaction score of 5 by June, 2024.
  1. User Engagement & Retention:
    • Implement strategies to increase user engagement and retention rates.
    • Analyse user engagement metrics and conduct regular A/B tests to identify opportunities for improvement.
    • Work closely with the marketing and content teams to develop engaging content and campaigns to drive user engagement.
    • Achieve 65% retention rate by end of Q2, 2024.
  1. Data Analysis:
    • Dive deep into data analytics to uncover actionable insights about user behavior and product performance.
    • Translate data insights into actionable recommendations to enhance user experiences and inform product decisions.
    • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to onboarding and user engagement to track progress and measure success.
  1. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with the customer success, product engineering, marketing, and sales teams to align onboarding and user engagement strategies with overall business goals.
    • Serve as the voice of the user, advocating for their needs and preferences in product discussions and planning sessions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in product management and business analysis.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience working in an agile environment and familiarity with agile methodologies.
  • Passion for user experience, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality products.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
