• General Education:
• 4 to 5 years at university
• Experience:
• 5 years at least in an operational position in a plant, project management
• Project change Management: teamwork, leadership and take responsibility
• Strong Leadership skills
• Wide exposure to different technologies & Engineering (metallurgy, cable manufacturing, logistics)
• Industrial project experience (restructuring, investments)
• Practical experience of Industrial Excellence, structured & systematic way.

Fluent (in writing and speaking) in English language.
