Title: PRODUCTION MANAGER
- Manage all aspects of coffee processing, from green
- bean intake to packaging, and shipping.
supervise, train, and mentor production staff to ensure high performance and adherence to quality standards. - Create and maintain schedules to optimize equipment and labor efficiency while meeting customer demand.
- Implement and monitor quality assurance programs to ensure products meet company and regulatory standards.
- Develop and manage production budgets, optimizing costs while maintaining high standards.
Ensure a safe working environment by enforcing occupational health and safety standards.
Work closely with procurement, supply chain, and quality control teams to ensure seamless operations.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in production management or supervision, coffee industrial setting is a bonus.
- Strong knowledge of coffee processing techniques, equipment, and quality control standards.
• Proven leadership skills with experience managing teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and food safety regulations.
- Basic training in electrical and mechanical systems relevant to production equipment maintenance and optimization.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and production planning software is a plus.
- Ability to work extended hours as needed.
