Reporting to the Program Area Manger (PAM) and have a direct working relationship with the Gender Technical Lead the incumbent will be providing technical guidance and support to partners working under the Ending Child marriages project.
Duties and Responsibilities
Accountabilities
-Ending Child marriages.
-Community mobilization and coordination.
-Networking.
-Sponsorship intergration activities.
-Child protection and gender equality mainstreaming.
Qualifications and Experience
-A degree in Social Sciences, Development Studies or related discipline from a recognised institute.
-A minimum of 3 years practical experience in working with rural communities in community development work.
-Knowledge of development issues, trends, challenges and opportunities and implications to community development.

-Proven ability to develop project proposals and concepts.

-Research, analytical and problem-solving skills.
-Good communication, coordinating and report writing skills.
