Duties and Responsibilities
- Formulate, organize and monitor inter-connected projects
- Decide on suitable strategies and objectives
- Coordinate cross-project activities
- Lead and evaluate project managers, Project coordinator and other staff
- Develop and control deadlines, budgets and activities
- Apply change, risk and resource management
- Assume responsibility for the program’s people and vendors
- Assess program performance and aim to maximize Association
- Resolve projects’ higher scope issues
- Formulating, organizing and monitoring inter-connected projects
- Prepare reports for immediate supervisor
Requirements
Required Qualifications :
Bachelor/Masters of Arts Degree in Project Management, public administration, Business Administration, Economics, International Development, Sociology, Management, Social work, Special needs, and other related fields.
Required experience, skill and qualification
- 3 years for MA. and 5 years for BA. degree
- Experience in program manager, project coordinator, Project manager, project team leader and other related positions
- Managing international cooperation programs desired
- Designing, implementing, and operating project M&E systems from project initiation to closeout stages
- Good knowledge of program implementation, monitoring and evaluation techniques and practices.
Skill in Project cycle management
- Proven experience as a Program Manager or other managerial position
- Thorough understanding of project/program management techniques and methods
- Excellent Knowledge of performance evaluation and change management principles
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office; working knowledge of program/project management software (MS Project etc.) is a strong advantage
- Outstanding leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving ability
- Good English written and oral skills required.
