Duties of the position
- Plan, organize, and oversee all aspects of project management, including budgeting, scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management.
- Draft quality assurance policies and procedures, interpret and implement quality assurance standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, goals, and deliverables.
- Develop detailed project plans and track progress against timelines and milestones.
- Monitor project budgets and make adjustments as needed to ensure projects are completed within budget.
- Liaising with stakeholders to understand project requirements and goals.
- Engaging stakeholders to gather requirements, manage expectations, and ensure alignment with project objectives.
Qualifications
- Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6 years working experience in Banking/ IT.
- Professional qualification in either Project Manager Professional (PMP), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PRINCE2 Certification is required.
- Hands on experience in user acceptance management
- Product Management, Quality Inspection, Auditing and Testing Experience. product/ service or industry-specific experience.
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office, QA applications and databases.
- Technology proficiency – Proficient in the use of moderna
