Lead and manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.

Monitor project progress and performance, implementing necessary adjustments to achieve desired outcomes.

Facilitate communication among stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns.

You will be an ideal candidate if you:

Have relevant bachelor’s degree

Have additional Project Management related qualification (advantage)

Have 3-5 years proven experience in project management, with a track record of successful project delivery.

Have P&L management experience

Exposure and familiarity to FirstRand platform journey will be a huge plus.

Have a strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.

Have excellent problem-solving abilities and a keen attention to detail.

Are familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
