Job description

The Projects Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the planning, execution, and completion of projects within the organization. This includes coordinating team members, ensuring project goals are met, and delivering results according to the established timeline and budget.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Project Planning by Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, resources, and budget requirements.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to define project objectives and requirements.
  • Assemble and lead project teams, ensuring clear communication, defined roles, and responsibilities.
  • Motivate and guide team members to achieve project goals.
  • Oversee the execution of projects, ensuring adherence to the project plan and making adjustments as necessary.
  • Monitor project progress, identify and resolve issues, and manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs.
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Communicate project status, updates, and relevant information to stakeholders, team members, and leadership.
  • Conduct project reviews and evaluations to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Manage project resources efficiently, including personnel, budget, and materials.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients or internal stakeholders.
  • Address client concerns and ensure satisfaction with project outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including project plans, reports, and other relevant records.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Management Information Systems, Business Administration, Project Management, etc.).
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager or a similar role.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or related certification is a plus.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • A good understanding of enterprise IT solutions is a must.
  • Proficient in project management tools and software.
