TITLE OF TENDER : PROVISION OF CLEANING, GARDENING AND FUMIGATION SERVICES
World Vision is a child-focused Christian humanitarian organization implementing development programmes in 30 Districts of Rwanda. Our interventions in the strategic period of 2021-2025 seek to reach 2 million of the most vulnerable children. This is done through programming in Resilience and Livelihoods, WASH and Health, Child Protection and Education.
World Vision International Rwanda is inviting all competent and reputable companies/Suppliers and firms specialized in the aforementioned services, to express interest in the tender for PROVISION OF CLEANING, GARDENING AND FUMIGATION SERVICES.
Participation to the competition is therefore open and on equal conditions to all companies specialized in the field.
Instruction to bidders:
- Bidders are informed that all tendering process and bids submission will be done through (online) WVR e-procurement (Coupa), no hard copies will be accepted.
- Please fill all the requested details through this Link as part of your expression of interest. The deadline to express interest is on 31/08/2023 at 5:00pm after Submission of expressing of interest, World Vision team will send an email to all suppliers, to access WVR e-Procurement system (coupa) with further instructions of bidding process and procedures.
- Any bidder who will meet challenges during the expression of interest and bid submission can request for support to these emails: wvrwanda_sc@wvi.org.
