Job description

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Executes tactical visual graphics work initiatives across various channels – TV, web, social, e-mail, in-store, etc.
  • Contributes to brainstorming meetings and the development of new ideas.
  • Designs visually compelling direct-response campaigns and creative projects to implement across all channels to retain and attract new clients for registration services.
  • Prepares digital product pitch presentations.
  • Conceptualizes and delivers creative content including written, photo, and video assets to align with the URSB brand’s voice.
  • Creates visually appealing video campaigns on social media and e-mail campaigns, as well as analyzing their impact.
  • Conducts data research to grow and maintain URSB’s client database. Edits and proofreads public relations content.
  • Assists with copy writing and editing a variety of content across mediums that include social media, presentations, services packaging, and user manuals.
  • Collaborates with Management Team, as well as the Manager Public Relations and Corporate Services to execute and implement new ideas.
  • Performs any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by the Supervisor.

  • To manage the public relations of Uganda Registration Services Bureau in such a way that minimizes public Misunderstanding of the Bureau

Qualification and Experience

  • An Honors’ degree in Mass Communication or Social Sciences or Marketing from a recognized institution.

Personal Specification

  • Writing and editorial skills.
  • Negotiation skills.
  • Computer skills.
  • Communication skills.
  • Ability to organize meetings, workshops/seminars and/or manage events
  • Photography skills.
