You will be a professional with strong operational and analytical experience on development operations and advisory services related to Public Administration and Institutional Reform, including:
• Directly relevant technical experience in supporting governments to develop and implement governance and public administration reforms. In particular, experience supporting engagements in the public service, public financial management (PFM) and justice sectors is relevant to the position.
• Directly relevant project management experience. Relevant experience or strong understanding of the instruments of engagement by the World Bank or other international multilateral development institutions, such as DPOs, Projects, PforRs, and Trust Funds.
• Relevant experience in analytical and advisory services on public administration themes.
• Significant knowledge of the Tanzania governance and public administration landscape.
• Strong reform facilitation and client engagement skills.
• Team player with strong integrative skills and track record of excellent relationship building with CMUs, other GPs, and clients.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
The following minimum education and experience criteria apply:
• Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., public administration, economics, finance, law)
• 5 years of directly relevant professional experience.
