To use various analytical strategies to ensure that the contractor delivers quality health care as per company expectations.
Responsibilities:
- Support SMO to ensure that clinic operations are ongoing as per company expectations
- Perform routine audits on various medical services on site as per company general specifications for medical
- Conduct patient surveys to ensure that gauge and monitor patient satisfaction with services provided
- Participate and conduct monthly stock taking processes to determine clinic inventory and submit report to SMO and CMO in Medical department
- Organize and conduct trainings on company HMIS system to ensure site medical teams are well conversant with it
- Submit weekly and monthly statistics information regarding health information activities
- Conduct and participate in community health activities planned by company for site
- Participate in morning toolbox, HSE and other site related meetings as the site medical representative on behalf of SMO/CMO
- To support site medical teams in escalating medical care and medevac for site medical teams, ensuring that CVT medical team and site RSES/RSESD are appropriately well appraised as per protocol
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Qualification:
- Registered Nurse with a Bachelor’s degree
Professional Experience:
- Proven knowledge in healthcare administration and health facility operations
- Experience in quality assurance, quality improvement and control systems and processes in a large medical facility
- Experience in supply chain processes is an added advantage
- Ability to work independently in a remote site setting
