Job description

  • Develop, implement, review and audit quality policy, objectives, strategies, project plans, inspection testing plans and procedures to ensure compliance with the regulatory standards and ISO 9001:2015 edition.
  • Oversees, manage, and control the implementation of M&T’s Quality Assurance Management System (QAMS) for full compliance with ISO 9001:2015 edition.
  • Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures to monitor and assess the quality of products or services.
  • Conduct regular audit, inspections, tests, and checks on materials, components, and finished products to ensure they meet specified standards.
  • Identify and address deviations from quality standards and work with relevant teams to resolve issues.
  • Investigate and determine the root causes of quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
  • Perform audits of processes, procedures, and systems to verify compliance with quality standards, regulations, and industry best practices
  • Maintain accurate records of audit findings, deviations, and corrective actions taken
  • Collaborate with regulatory bodies to ensure the organization’s adherence to relevant quality and safety standards.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret quality data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement
  • Prepare comprehensive quality reports, highlighting key performance indicators, trends, and recommendations for management review.
  • Provide training to employees on quality control procedures, best practices, and relevant regulations
  • Foster a culture of quality awareness and continuous improvement throughout the organization.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation related to quality control processes, procedures, audits, and corrective actions
  • Ensure that all necessary documentation is accessible for regulatory inspections and audits.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to establish quality requirements for incoming materials and components.

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess a B.Eng / BSc qualification with 5 – 7 years work experience.
