The Quality Control Technician – New Contracts will work under the supervision of the Quality Analyst . The chosen candidate will be responsible for verifying the compliance of new contracts. Validation includes all the steps necessary to ensure that the information entered into the system corresponds to the agreement concluded with the client. In addition, the candidate must clearly and precisely communicate the conclusions of his analyses.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Extract data from the operating system;
- Check and validate several defined criteria;
- Produce compliance reports;
- Keep data collection tools up to date;
- Verify compliance by sampling;
- Interact with local teams for validation of information
- Training of local teams;
- Actively participate in meetings;
- Any other required tasks related to the job requirements.
Skills and qualities sought:
- Spoken and written languages: French & English;
- Advanced mastery of Excel software;
- Mastery of the MS Office suite;
- Be rigorous and conscientious;
- Good analytical and synthesis skills;
- Very good communicator;
- Hold a Master’s degree in Commerce, Administration, Finance or Marketing.
