World Renew is looking for a Regional Justice and Gender Coordinator to support the justice and gender dimensions of World Renew programs in Southern Africa (Malawi, Zambia & Mozambique). The successful candiate will provide technical assistance, resources, guidance, training, and support to World Renew staff and local partner organizations.

Duties and responsibilities will include:

1. Strengthen the justice components of World Renew programs

2. Strengthen the gender justice components of World Renew programs

3. Coordinate communication with others

4. Mobilize resources

Qualifications include:

Mature Christian commitment and ability to work respectfully with various church denominations within the cultural context of Southern Africa
Legal right to work in Mozambique, Malawi or Zambia
Bachelor’s degree in community development (or a related field), Master’s degree is preferred
Significant experience in supporting/implementing justice interventions.
Experience in mainstreaming justice into programming from a Biblical foundation will be an advantage.
