Kinetic has partnered with a leading Medical Device company who are hiring a Regional Sales Director to be based in Africa.
Only Candidates currently based in French-speaking countries in Africa will be considered.

Key aspects of the role include:
- Develop and implement plans to maximise sales opportunities and achieve sales targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and market trends to drive growth and gain a competitive edge.
- Maximize product margins by developing a sales product mix portfolio to optimize costs, capability, and capacity.
- Objectives setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of regional team.
- Identify potential risk-return opportunities.
To be successful you will need to meet the following:
- Only Candidates currently based in French-speaking countries in Africa will be considered.
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in commercial and sales roles within the Medical devices industry.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a managerial position.
- Strong negotiation skills, sales, finance, and relationship management.
- Willingness to travel as the job requires.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French.
