The key responsibilities:
Manage and support the regional technical sales team, ensuring task execution, motivation, and resource allocation.
Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve business objectives and ensure customer retention and growth.
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers, identify cross-sell and upgrade opportunities, and resolve customer issues promptly.Provide competitive intelligence on market trends, pricing, and competitor strategies.
Organize field demonstrations, R&D trials, and events such as field and village days to engage farmers and promote products.
Oversee regional inventory and stock rotation, collaborating with the supply chain manager for efficient warehouse operations and stock forecasting.
Ensure compliance with company policies, internal procedures, and QHSE standards.
Regularly report on sales performance, customer retention, and business opportunities to management.

Must-Have:
Education: Master’s degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field (Bac + 5).
Experience: Minimum of 3 years in sales, with experience in the agricultural sector and team management.
Extensive field experience in the distribution of agricultural products.Ability to develop and execute sales strategies.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Proficient in using office tools and CRM systems.
