Duties and Responsibilities
Provide technical leadership and support to the project regional teams, implementing partners, ensuring alignment with project workplan, national strategies and best practices.
Strengthen the capacity of regional teams in TB diagnosis, treatment, prevention, and data management.
Oversee the implementation of project activities, monitor progress towards achieving set objectives.
Foster collaboration with key stakeholders, including provincial, district health teams, TB implementing partners and community-based organizations to enhance TB control efforts.
Qualifications and Experience
Essential is an MBChB Degree and Post graduate qualification in Public Health or related field.
At least 5 years’ experience in TB programme management, with a demonstratable experience in TB Case Management, TB/HIV, Childhood TB and TB Prevention.
Strong technical skills in TB epidemiology, data analysis, and programme evaluation.
Proven leadership abilities, excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
Experience working with the Ministry of Health and Child Care, National TB Programme will be an added advantage
