Ensuring strategic alignment of the Training department with PSD goals — TL1 and TL2, each Service agreement customer operators Trainer.
Identifying specific training needs by regular site visits (each SA site twice a year), consulting with stakeholders and using needs assessments tools.
Main Responsibilities and Tasks:
Clearly documented PSD Training strategy for both internal and customer personnel.
Accountability for executing the Strategy
Needs Assessment:
Identify training needs;
