Key Responsibilities
- To conduct quantitative interviews among Adolescent Girls and Young Women, Female Sex Workers, and People Who Inject Drugs
- Participate in five days of training in preparation for field data collection
- Participate in pretesting of data collection tools
- Clean data to ensure data completeness and accuracy
- Handle confidential and sensitive data with integrity
- Undertake any other duties as may be assigned from time to time by the supervisor during the period of engagement
Qualification: Degree in a health-related discipline, humanities, or an equivalent from a recognized institution.
Experience, Skills and other Requirements
- Prior experience in conducting interviews among the key populations mentioned above
- Proficiency (both spoken and written) in at least one of the following local languages is a must: Luganda, Runyankole/Rukiga, Runyoro, Rutoro, Lusoga, Lumasaba/Lugisu, Ateso, Japadola, Lugbala, Luo/Acholi, and Alur.
- Excellent communication, organizationaland interpersonal skills
- Ability to spend an extended period of time in the field and away from home
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience in collecting quantitative data using electronic data collection tools.
