The Research, Consultancy, and Partnerships Officer will support the development and
implementation of research initiatives, consultancy services, and strategic partnerships at
3 Mulungushi University.
The role aims to enhance the University’s research profile, strengthen
industry and academic collaborations, and generate revenue through consultancy services.
Qualifications and experience required:
i. Must have a Grade 12 School Certificate with at least five (05) Credits that must include
English Language and Mathematics
ii. Must have a Bachelor’s degree in any of the following from a reputable and accredited
University with at least a Credit: Research Management, Business Administration, or
Entrepreneurship
iii. Must have a Master’s degree in any of the following from a reputable and accredited
University: Research Management, Business Administration, or Entrepreneurship
iv. Possession of a PhD in any of the following: Research Management, Business
Administration, or Entrepreneurship is an added advantage
v. Must have proven experience in research administration, consultancy, or partnership
development in an academic or professional setting
vi. Must have functional computer literacy skills
vii. Must have strong proposal writing and project management skills
viii. Familiarity with funding agencies, grant application processes, and consultancy frameworks
ix. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage diverse stakeholders
