  • <span “:=”” 11.0pt”=””>Education: A bachelor’s degree in statistics, mathematics, computer science, economics, business administration, or a related field is preferable. A master’s degree or certification in data analysis, supply chain management, public health, or biostatistics will be advantageous.
  • <span “:=”” 11.0pt”=””>Working experience: Minimum of five years of progressive working experience in data analysis and research in the public health/healthcare domain.
  • <span “:=”” 11.0pt”=””>Analytical Skills: Proficiency in statistical methods and data analysis tools for both quantitative and qualitative data (e.g., SPSS, SAS, R, Python, NVivo, Dedoose, ATLAS.ti) to interpret complex data sets and identify trends within the supply chain drug revolving fund system.
  • <span “:=”” 11.0pt”=””>Supply Chain Management Knowledge: Understanding of supply chain principles and inventory management practices within the pharmaceutical space to effectively evaluate the performance of the drug revolving fund.
  • <span “:=”” 11.0pt”=””>Research Experience: Ability to design, conduct, and analyze research/studies related to healthcare logistics and pharmaceutical supply chains with a focus on cost-effectiveness, inventory control methods, demand forecasting, etc.
  • <span “:=”” 11.0pt”=””>Data Visualization: Proficiency in using visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI) to present findings through graphs and charts for easy comprehension by stakeholders.
  • <span “:=”” 11.0pt”=””>Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for conveying research findings effectively to diverse audiences including policymakers and healthcare professionals.
  • <span “:=”” 11.0pt”=””>Problem-Solving Abilities: Capacity to identify inefficiencies within the drug revolving fund system through data analysis and propose improvement solutions.
  • <span “:=”” 11.0pt”=””>Attention to Detail: Thoroughness in analyzing datasets containing complex information related to procurement patterns, stock levels, distribution networks as well as financial aspects such as repayment rates or interest charges on loans from the fund.
  • <span “:=”” 11.0pt”=””>Teamwork Collaboration Skills: Capability of working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams including pharmacists, finance managers, and public health specialists alongside other stakeholders involved in managing the drug revolving fund evaluation.
