Responsibilities
- Conduct research on current trends, issues, and policies related to the built environment.
- Analyze data and prepare comprehensive reports on findings
- Help develop and implement advocacy strategies.
- Prepare advocacy materials, such as policy briefs, position statements, and fact sheets.
- Assist in organizing and participating in advocacy events, meetings, and campaigns.
- Develop content for social media platforms and the association’s website.
- Assist in identifying funding opportunities and preparing grant applications
- Maintain accurate records of research and advocacy activities.
- Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and other documentation.
- Assist in managing research and advocacy projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
Qualifications
- A recent graduate in any built environment profession;
- Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in social media and digital communication platforms.
- Passion for policy development and advocacy within the built environment sector.
