TheMercy Foundation (TMF) is a philanthropic organization established and registered with the Registrar of Societies of Zambia as a non-profit organization. The Foundation is anchored on principles of humanity, with core values for human life of love, hope and compassion. In view of a world where every person matters, irrespective of their abilities and disabilities and cognition of the rights of Persons with Disabilities (PWDs). The Foundation is currently operational in Lusaka and Copperbelt (Ndola), Zambia reaching out to over 300 school leaners with disabilities.

• TheMercy Foundation seeks the services of a Partnerships – Resource Mobilization Officer who has experience towards grant and proposal writing on disability rights and inclusion, MOU development and partnerships engagement.
We are looking for a self-driven individual that is;
able to work creatively with minimum supervision.
• an individual that shares in the vision of the Foundation and has a genuine desire to see success at the TMF.
• strong interpersonal skills and work ethics, optimistic, results and detail orientated with hands-on experience are attributes right at the centre of this role.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, project management or any other relevant field. Masters or other extra qualifications related to business development or resource mobilization will be an added advantage but not a must.
• Record of success: Minimum of 2 years experience and a record of having succeeded in a similar role is a must. Demonstrated success in some of the most outstanding aspects of this job is an attribute we’ll be keenly looking out for. We would prefer to engage a person who wishes to take this job as part – time basis.
