Key Responsibilities
Operational Management: Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service delivery. Develop and implement strategies to optimize workflow, manage staffing levels, and maintain a clean, safe, and inviting environment for guests.
• Team Leadership: Lead, train, and motivate a diverse team of front-of-house and back-of-house staff. Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and implement continuous training initiatives to ensure high standards of service.
• Customer Service Excellence: Ensure that every guest receives prompt, courteous, and personalized service. Address customer complaints promptly and effectively, and continuously strive to enhance the overall guest experience.
• Financial Management: Manage budgets, monitor labor and operational costs, and drive revenue through effective upselling, promotions, and cost control measures. Prepare and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
• Quality and Compliance: Maintain rigorous standards for food safety, hygiene, and regulatory compliance. Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure quality control and efficient inventory management.
• Strategic Planning and Innovation: Contribute to long-term strategic planning by identifying market trends, optimizing operations, and implementing innovative solutions to drive growth and profitability.
Qualifications and Requirements
Educational Background:
A degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is highly desirable.
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years in restaurant management, preferably within a high-volume or multi-concept environment.
