RESTAURANT SUPERVISOR
The successful candidate will, among others, be responsible for the following:
- Coordinating daily Front of the House and Back of the House bar and restaurant operations
- Responding efficiently and accurately to customer complaints
- Regularly reviewing of product quality and research new vendors
- Organizing and supervising shifts
- Appraising staff performance and providing feedback to improve productivity
- Estimating future needs for goods, utensils and cleaning products
- Training new and current employees on proper customer service practices
- Implementing policies and protocols that will maintain future restaurant operations.
PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES/QUALIFICATIONS
- Familiarity with restaurant management software, like Hotel Master or Opera
- Strong leadership, motivational and people skills
- Degree or Diploma in Business Administration; hospitality management or any other related qualification.
