Key Responsibilities

- Ensure that all the retailers within their portfolio are onboarded successfully.
- Ensure continuous engagement with the retailers/off takers on performance of the downstream actors
- Overall reporting for all the off takers onboarding business performance across the region and economic sector end to end
- Follow up on continuous product innovation to ensure competitiveness backed by market trend analysis/research
- Increase in the uptake of trade finance products (transactions)
- Increase in in the uptake of Insurance products.
- Increase in uptake and value of Cross border Ecosystems
- Retailer deposit mobilization and retention
- Enhancing use and adoption of the bank’s payment rails/channels
- Ensure timely repayment of the ecosystem loans and maintain low PAR
- Collect feedback from the market, branches and the off takers and escalate the same for action by the relevant stakeholders
Qualifications
- A Bachelors degree in any business course
- At least 10 years working experience in a financial institution with a wide knowledge of the various banking sectors and segments
