CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

Verification of products and services to ensure accurate implementation of approved changes and perform routine checks to ensure that all products and services areaccurately charged. Monitor and analyse large sets of billing data, revenue streams, and system integrations to identify discrepancies, revenue leakages, and potential risks. Prepare and present ad hoc and monthlyrevenue assurance reports, trends, dashboards and key metrics to senior management. Conduct regular audits and end to end process reviews to identify inefficiencies in current processes and recommend improvements to enhance revenue accuracy and reduce losses. Implement and maintain comprehensive documentation of revenue assurance procedures and controls. Provide analytical data/information to support fraud investigation to regulatory authorities as well as internal investigation. Collaborate with IT to develop and enhance revenue assurance tools and systems.

CORE COMPETENCIES

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
Proficiency in Excel, SQL, Python, and data analysis tools.
Knowledge of financial systems, billing systems, and revenue recognition principles.
