Responsibilities:
- Review and confirm planned design and implementation, particularly as it pertains to road condition, pavement quality, and International Roughness Index (IRI).
- Contribute to deliverables at all phases of the evaluation, including evaluation design, data collection, analysis and reporting as requested by the Team Leader. Responsible for executing data collection related to road and pavement quality and IRI.
- Participate in client and stakeholder communication and presentations, and interface with program implementers as requested by the TL/TSE.
 Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of a Master’s degree in economics, engineering, statistics, or another field directly relevant to the evaluation.
- A minimum of 5 years of demonstrated experience in road projects, including but not limited to feasibility and design studies, and quality assurance measurements including evaluation of road and pavement quality, roughness and survey condition, and IRI.
- Excellent written and spoke English.
