Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Conduct EDS in assigned areas
- Managing EDS process
- Prepare and organize EDS in the assigned area
- Manage mapping process
- Manage all EDS data
- Supervise, manage, to ensure correct data provided
- Rollout RTM Model
- Executive implementation of RTM model
- Analysing data, get approved with management on RTM model
- Prepare data, get approval with management on RTM model
- Prepare design, KPI and management tools to maintain the RTM Model
- Training & coaching the team
- Conduct periodic reviews
- Distributors staff and management routines for the sales team
- Manage budget
- Manage RTM project performance
