Under the direct supervision of the field office HR coordinator, the post holder is expected to meet the quality standards of safeguarding (child safeguarding and PSEA) at the respective field offices. She/he will be responsible to rove to field offices to ensure and assist projects/programs/ and field offices to ensure compliance are meet through community awareness, capacity building training, conduct project risk assessment and facilitate on the development of friendly materials. She/he will also responsible on assisting to implement safe program activities, establishing local reporting procedures, reporting, data management and share learnings.
Qualification:
- Minimum of Bachelor Degree in social sciences.
Experience:
- Two years proven Experience
- Experience on facilitation and coordination of training and workshops
- Experience in conducting assessment, monitoring and report writing
- Practical experience on child participation on the intervention of program activities.
